Alliance For Truth PAC, LLC is an independent expenditure committee. We respect your privacy and are committed to handling personal information responsibly and in accordance with applicable law, including campaign finance laws that govern our activities.

This Policy describes the information we collect through the Site and in connection with our political and advocacy activities, and how we use and share it. This Site is provided for general informational purposes only and is not a solicitation in any jurisdiction where such a solicitation would be prohibited. Please note that contributions to Alliance For Truth PAC, LLC are not deductible as charitable contributions for federal income tax purposes.

By using the Site or contacting us, you agree to the practices described in this Policy.

02 Information We Collect

We collect information in a few different ways, depending on how you interact with us.

Information you provide

• Contact & inquiries. When you contact us or submit a form, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
• Supporters & volunteers. If you sign up for updates or volunteer, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, ZIP code, and areas of interest.
• Contribution information. If you make a contribution, we (or our payment processor) collect the information required to process it and to comply with campaign finance law. Under applicable law, this may include your name, mailing address, and — for contributions at or above certain thresholds — your occupation and employer. Payment card details are handled by our third-party payment processor.
• Communications. The content of emails and other correspondence you send to us.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & device data. When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect your IP address, browser and device information, referring pages, the pages you view, and the dates and times of your visits.
• Cookies & similar technologies. We and our providers use cookies and similar technologies as described in Cookies & Tracking.

03 How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
• Send you updates, newsletters, and information about our activities, advocacy, and the issues we work on;
• Process, acknowledge, and keep records of contributions;
• Comply with campaign finance and other applicable laws, including recordkeeping and public reporting obligations;
• Operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Site and understand the reach of our communications;
• Protect the security and integrity of our Site and activities and prevent fraud; and
• Comply with applicable laws and respond to lawful requests.

04 Cookies & Tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help websites function and help us understand how the Site is used. We use a limited set of cookies and similar technologies.

• Essential cookies enable core functionality such as page navigation and security. The Site cannot function properly without them.
• Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the Site and how our communications perform, so we can improve them. This may involve third-party analytics providers.

Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track

Some browsers offer a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. Where required by applicable law, we treat a GPC signal from your browser as a valid request to opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for that browser or device. Because there is no common industry standard for “Do Not Track,” the Site does not currently respond to those signals, but we do honor recognized opt-out preference signals as described above.

05 How We Share Information

• Service providers. Companies that perform services on our behalf — such as website hosting, email and communications, payment and contribution processing, and analytics — permitted to use the information only to provide those services.
• Vendors & consultants. Trusted vendors, consultants, and advisors who support our operations and activities, subject to appropriate confidentiality obligations.
• Government & regulatory disclosure. Regulatory authorities such as the Federal Election Commission and applicable state agencies, as required by campaign finance and other laws (see the disclosure note above).
• Legal. When we believe disclosure is required to comply with the law, respond to lawful requests, enforce our agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Alliance For Truth PAC, our supporters, or others.
• Business or organizational changes. In connection with a reorganization or transfer of our operations or assets, information may be transferred as part of that process.
• With your consent. In other cases where you direct or permit us to share your information.

06 Third-Party Links & Services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party tools and embedded content, including payment processors and social media platforms. We do not control those third parties and are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with.

07 Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to communicate with supporters, process and record contributions, comply with our legal and campaign finance recordkeeping and reporting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it. The exact retention period depends on the type of information and the reason we hold it, including any minimum periods required by law.

08 Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse, and unauthorized access, disclosure, or alteration. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You share information with us at your own risk and are responsible for keeping your own account and device credentials secure.

09 Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information. Residents of California, under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), may have the rights below. We extend the core of these choices to others where practicable. Note that information we are required to collect, retain, or publicly report under campaign finance law may be subject to legal exceptions to some of these rights.

• Right to know / access. Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, and how we use and share it.
• Right to delete. Request that we delete personal information we collected from you, subject to certain exceptions (including legal and recordkeeping requirements).
• Right to correct. Request that we correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; where applicable, you may confirm or exercise this choice, including via a Global Privacy Control signal.
• Right to limit use of sensitive information. To the extent we process any sensitive personal information, you may request that we limit its use to what is necessary to provide our services.
• Right to non-discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your privacy rights.

10 Exercising Your Rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@alliancefortruthpac.com with enough detail for us to understand and respond to your request.

• Verification. To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request, typically by confirming information we already hold about you.
• Authorized agents. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may ask the agent for proof of authorization and may still verify your identity directly.
• Response. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law. If we cannot fulfill a request, we will explain why.

11 Children’s Privacy

The Site and our activities are intended for adults and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12 International Visitors

Alliance For Truth PAC is based in the United States, and our activities are directed to a United States audience. If you access the Site from outside the United States, be aware that your information will be processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your country. Please also note that, under U.S. law, contributions to U.S. political committees from foreign nationals are prohibited.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, or legal requirements. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes may be highlighted on the Site. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
